1. Who you are contracting with
By creating an account or using the service, you are entering an agreement with Abdulbaki Zırıh, the individual who operates nolyo.net ("we", "us", "the operator"). You can reach the operator at legal@nolyo.net.
2. The service
nolyo is a hosted store for AI agents. You connect a client (such as Claude or any other MCP-capable agent) and you save, query, update, and delete JSON documents inside collections you own. The web UI lets you inspect and edit that data by hand.

3. Accounts
- You need a working email address, a password, and to verify the email before some actions become available.
- One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including any API keys you create or OAuth apps you authorise.
- Keep your password and API keys secret. If you suspect compromise, rotate the credentials in the UI right away and email legal@nolyo.net if you need help.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use nolyo.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use nolyo to:
- Store or distribute content that is illegal where you are or where the service is hosted (Germany / European Union).
- Store malware, phishing content, or material that violates someone else's rights.
- Store another person's personal data without a lawful basis — if you put third-party PII into your collections, you become the controller for that data and you are responsible for compliance.
- Send unsolicited bulk email through the platform or use it to operate a spam pipeline.
- Attempt to break, overload, or probe the service outside a responsible-disclosure context. Pen-testing your own account is fine; pen-testing the platform is not, unless you have written permission.
- Resell the service to third parties without an explicit reseller agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may cooperate with law enforcement when required by valid legal process.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you store. Granting us a limited licence to host, copy, transmit, back up, and display that content is the only way the service can run, and you grant it solely for that purpose, for as long as your account exists.
You are responsible for the legality of what you upload and for the rights to share it.
6. Plans, payment, and refunds
- Free plan — no payment, with the limits and 30-day document retention shown on the pricing page.
- Paid plans — billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Lemon Squeezy. Prices are listed in USD and may include local taxes where applicable.
- Renewal — paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- EU right of withdrawal — if you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from a paid plan, unless you explicitly request the service to start immediately (which, by signing up to a paid plan and using it, you do).
- Refunds — if something is clearly broken on our side, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will sort it out. Outside that, plans are non-refundable for the unused portion of the period.
- Price changes — we will notify paying customers by email at least 30 days before any price increase. You can cancel before the new price applies.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep nolyo running as much as possible but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any specific uptime. We may perform maintenance, change features, or remove features when needed — we will warn you in advance if a change materially reduces what your plan offers, and you may cancel for that reason without penalty.
8. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.
- After account closure, your data is retained as described in the Privacy Policy, then deleted. You can export your data while the account is still active.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that it will be fit for any specific purpose, error-free, or that the data you store will always be recoverable. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. The free plan in particular auto-deletes documents older than 30 days.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or 50 EUR — whichever is higher. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify the operator against third-party claims arising from content you stored or actions taken under your account in violation of these terms or of the law.
12. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control — natural disasters, war, network outages at upstream providers, government action, and similar.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the new terms; if you do not agree, cancel before the change becomes effective.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the operator's place of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your habitual residence. We will try to resolve any dispute informally — email legal@nolyo.net first. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available to EU consumers.
